Hi Reader
You have to live in your body.
Not just today. Not until you reach your goal weight. Not until you finally like what you see in the mirror.
For your entire life.
And yet so many of us spend years treating our bodies like a problem we need to solve.
We're always finding the next thing to fix.
Lose weight. Get stronger. Look younger. Tone this. Change that.
And there's nothing wrong with wanting to change your body.
But what happens when changing your body becomes the condition for enjoying your life?
That's where our relationship with ourselves starts to matter.
Because I don't think building a better relationship with your body starts with loving every inch of it.
I think it starts with trusting yourself.
Doing what you say you're going to do.
Taking care of yourself because you matter—not because you need to earn food or punish yourself for eating it.
Moving because you want to feel good, not because you hate what you see.
Keeping the small promises.
And over time, something changes.
You start seeing your body as something you're taking care of rather than something you're constantly trying to fix.
Maybe that's the transformation we're actually looking for.
Not just changing the body in the mirror...
but changing the way we live inside it.
